  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly coat them with flour.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and drizzle the honey mixture over it. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
