Description

Holiday Sprinkle Cheesecake Bites are the ultimate festive treat, combining creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust and a burst of colorful sprinkles. Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into mini muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  2. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon filling over cooled crusts until three-quarters full and top with sprinkles.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for an additional 15-18 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
