  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (for sauce)

  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares large enough to hold the filling.
