- 12 corn tortillas

- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add ground meat, cumin, and chili powder; cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and chicken broth; simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer sauce, tortillas, cheese, and more sauce repeatedly, finishing with cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
