  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup cooked ham (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Roll out puff pastry to fit the dish and place it inside.
  3. Layer half of the diced ham evenly over the pastry, followed by half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy. Pour over the layered ingredients.
  5. Add remaining ham and cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
