  • 1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Punch down the dough and fold in minced garlic and rosemary.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin and divide the dough into muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
