Instructions

- Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough, divide it into small balls (about 2 inches), and arrange them closely in a greased baking dish.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the rolls before sprinkling with Parmesan cheese.
