  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream; gradually add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the chicken mixture combined with some Alfredo sauce. Place filled shells in a baking dish, pour remaining sauce on top, and sprinkle extra cheese if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve hot.
