- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup savory crackers or biscuits, crushed (for the crust)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for the crust)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust, blend crushed crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
