- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with minced garlic, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
