Description

Cuban Sliders are a mouthwatering treat that will take your gatherings to the next level. These bite-sized sandwiches feature tender pulled pork, gooey Swiss cheese, zesty dill pickles, and a hint of yellow mustard, all tucked inside soft slider buns. Perfect for game nights, casual parties, or any occasion where flavor reigns supreme, these sliders are customizable and sure to please everyone at the table.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups pulled pork (pre-cooked)
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup dill pickles (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them hinged.
  3. Layer pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese over the pork and add dill pickle slices.
  5. Spread yellow mustard on the inside of each top bun and place it back on the sliders.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until warm and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
