Ingredients
For the Mozzarella Sticks
500g mozzarella cheese (block or string)
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
¼ cup milk
1½ cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)
🍅 Marinara Dip
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sugar
Salt & black pepper to taste
Red chili flakes (optional, for heat)
🥣 Creamy Ranch Dip
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
🧊 1. Prep the Cheese
Cut mozzarella into sticks (about 3–4 inches).
Freeze on a tray for 1 hour until firm.
🍳 2. Set Up Breading Station
Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Eggs + milk, whisked
Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper
🧥 3. Bread the Sticks
Dip each stick: flour → egg → breadcrumbs
Repeat egg → breadcrumbs for extra crispiness
Freeze again for 30 minutes before frying
🍟 4. Fry the Sticks
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C)
Fry in batches for 1½–2 minutes until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
🍅 Marinara Dip
Heat olive oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, paste, herbs, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 10–15 mins. Add chili flakes for heat.
🥣 Creamy Ranch Dip
Mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, herbs, and seasonings.
Chill for 30+ minutes before serving.
