  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. About 5 minutes before they’re done, sprinkle crumbled feta over the chicken and return to the oven.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken immediately after removing from the oven.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
