  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Remove from skillet.
