  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or frozen peas (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Rinse the rice under cold water until clear.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, sear until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side), then remove from pot.
