  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
