  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping any bits from the bottom of the skillet. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet along with lemon juice and dried herbs. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
