  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 12 oz penne or fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 green onions, sliced (for topping)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (6 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and combine buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  5. Serve hot topped with shredded cheese and green onions.
