- Gradually add melted butter and flour until a sticky dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, cranberries, and orange zest.
- Roll tightly into a log shape and slice into twelve pieces. Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
