- 3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
- 5. Mix additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
