  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. 4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir gently until just mixed.
  5. 5. Mix additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar mix, add remaining batter, then top with remaining cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
