- ½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs to the mashed bananas; mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the remaining cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over it. Pour in the rest of the batter and top with more cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling for ten minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
