Description

  • 4 cups cubed day-old French bread or brioche
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  3. Fold the bread cubes into the wet mixture until fully coated.
  4. In another bowl, combine sugar and remaining cinnamon for the topping.
