  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
