  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to about half an inch thick using a meat mallet.
