Description

Cheesy Taco Sticks combine the delicious flavors of tacos and gooey cheese into a crispy, irresistible treat.   • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning.
  3. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles about 3 inches wide.
  4. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheese on one end of each rectangle. Roll tightly and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash (beaten egg mixed with water), and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream for dipping.
