  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of colors)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sliced sausage for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add diced bell peppers to the skillet; sauté for about 3 minutes until softened.
