Description

Brie & Honey Phyllo Pinwheels are a delightful fusion of flaky pastry, creamy Brie, and sweet honey, perfect for impressing guests at your next gathering. Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) phyllo dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush lightly with melted butter. Layer two more sheets on top, brushing each with butter.
  3. Evenly space Brie slices on the phyllo and drizzle honey over them. Sprinkle thyme if using.
  4. Roll the phyllo tightly from one edge into a log shape and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  5. Arrange the pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
