- 8 oz penne pasta
- 8 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
