  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 12 soft white slider buns
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup crisp lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup special sauce (mix of mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 7-10 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in onion and garlic powders.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the cheese over the buns, followed by the beef mixture.
  5. Add pickles and drizzle with special sauce; top with shredded lettuce and remaining cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on each slider and bake for about 15 minutes until heated through.
