  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, and flaxseed meal.
  3. 3. In another bowl, combine honey and peanut butter until smooth.
