  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook elbow macaroni until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
