  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Optional: sour cream and lettuce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and add diced onions; cook until translucent.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Fold in black beans and salsa; simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
