  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
