- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil ziti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent (about 5 minutes), then add minced garlic.
- Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Fold cooked ziti into the meat sauce mixture until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the ziti mixture, top with half of the mozzarella cheese, then repeat.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
