  • 8 oz (227g) block of feta cheese
  • 1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp (45ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil or oregano, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil in a small baking dish and add cherry tomatoes.
  3. Place the feta cheese block in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic and fresh herbs over the top.
  5. Drizzle additional olive oil on everything.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.
