Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken breasts in olive oil until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce and minced garlic until well combined.
