- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook cilantro lime rice according to package instructions. Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro once cooked.
- Coat fish fillets with olive oil and taco seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake fish on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
