Instructions

  5. For the streusel topping: mix together flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  6. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and sprinkle streusel generously over each muffin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
