Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice until evenly coated.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
