- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in chilled butter until pea-sized crumbles form.
- Gradually add cold water until the dough comes together. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, and Calvados.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rough circle (about 12 inches wide). Pile apple mixture in the center, leaving a 2-inch border.
