Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, chopped apples, dried cranberries, panko breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve warm or allow to cool for meal prep.
