- 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until frothy. Stir in the chopped apples.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently combine without overmixing.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for ten minutes before slicing into squares.
