- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ice water
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add ice water until the dough holds together. Form into a ball and roll out on a floured surface.
- Transfer dough to a greased tart pan, pressing gently into place. Poke holes in the bottom.
- Blind bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
