- Scoop batter into liners, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool before making the frosting. Beat softened butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream, then mix in vanilla extract until fluffy.
