- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Sift in cocoa powder and flour; mix until just combined. Gently fold in half of the fresh raspberries.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and powdered sugar; mix until creamy.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Pour the cheesecake mixture over it, then drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until set but slightly gooey in the center. Let cool before slicing.
