  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  5. Gradually add warm chicken broth one ladle at a time, stirring continuously until absorbed before adding more (approximately 20 minutes).
  6. Once creamy yet al dente, fold in lobster meat, lemon juice, zest, remaining butter, and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
