  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Wrap each strip around cannoncini molds, overlapping slightly.
  4. Place molds on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, whip together heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Once cooled, remove pastry from molds and fill with the whipped cream mixture using a piping bag. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
