- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Boil salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté spinach until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, sautéed spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Generously fill each shell with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in a greased baking dish; arrange stuffed shells in a single layer and cover with remaining sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
