Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a madeleine pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
- Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk the eggs and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gradually fold in the melted butter until the batter is smooth but slightly thick.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before dipping one end of each madeleine into melted chocolate.
