Instructions

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned (5-7 minutes), breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in bell peppers, garlic, and ginger; sauté until peppers are slightly softened but still crunchy (around 4 minutes).
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle black pepper; mix well and heat through for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles if desired.
